Pricing

Two plans. Flat pricing. No surprises.

Start free and stay there as long as it works. When a workspace outgrows it, Pro lifts the limits for a flat $10 a month — billed per workspace, never per seat.

How the limits work

What counts as a member

Everyone who can reach anything in the workspace: the roster, the owner included, plus board-only guests. Promoting a guest to a member never trips the cap.

Workspaces count per account

Billing is per workspace, but the workspace cap reads your account — you count as Pro while any workspace you own is. Paying for one never blocks the next.

Downgrading deletes nothing

Drop back to Free above a Free cap and every board, member and workspace stays exactly where it was. Only creating the next one waits until you are back under the cap.

Questions

How do I upgrade a workspace?

Open the workspace, go to Settings → Billing and choose Upgrade to Pro. The workspace owner does this, and the higher limits apply the moment the payment clears.

Is Pro charged per person?

No. Pro is a flat $10 a month for the workspace, whether that is three people or thirty. There is no per-seat billing and no annual lock-in.

Why is Pro capped at 50 members?

A flat monthly rate with an open seat count would price a 500-person org the same as a team of five. 50 sits far above any team we expect on this tier, and it is a number we can raise.

Can I cancel?

Anytime, from the same Billing tab. The workspace keeps Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for, then moves back to Free. Nothing is deleted.

What happens if a payment fails?

The workspace keeps its Pro limits while Stripe retries. You will get Stripe's emails with a link to update the card, and the Billing tab shows the same state.

Who handles the payment?

Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe's own checkout page and never reach Kevta. Stripe is the merchant of record, so it calculates tax and sends your receipts.

These cover billing. The full FAQ answers the rest — permissions, the GitHub and MCP integrations, and what Kevta deliberately does not do. Or read the documentation and create a free workspace — it takes a minute and costs nothing.
